I have just realized that I will no longer be an option in someone else's life. I have spent the better part of my life being an option in other people's life while I have made them a priority in mine. I know now that it is better to be alone than and happy rather than be with someone and be miserable. I am making myself a priority in my life. Going to school and getting my degree will be my main priority. I have been fortunate to been given the opportunity to go to college. I have made the conscious choice to make a difference. To accomplish this I need to be focused and be ready to make difficult choices that will affect the rest of my life. So here goes chapter one in my new life.
